Hi all.
This started happening 3 or so days ago. I have been sleeping alot and have been having a general lack of energy when I am awake. My husband said that it could be due to stress because of the surgery that i had on March fourth but somehow I do not think so. I wish that I knew what is wrong with me.

See your doctor if your lack of energy during your waking hours has not gone away as soon as possible. I've had the same thing, but it's just because my sleeping ptterns are so messed up.

yeah maybe so. ever since i got my eye remooved, my sleeping patterns have been really really wacko. the first week after the surgery, i slept for 2 or 3 hours at a time, then woke for 1 or 2 hours, then slept for 3 to 4 hours, and woke for 5 to 6 hours. for the second week i have been staying up extremely late because i cannot sleep, and when i finally fall asleep, i sleep for 7 to 12 hours straight. i think since i cannot see the light of morning anymore, that might be what is triggering those odd sleeping patterns.

If your sleeping patterns do not eventually right themselves, you can try Melatonin. It can be purchased at your nearest drug store.

It's totally natural—no worries about it screwing up your body.

Hmmm. If her account hadn't got disabled, I'd say she should get her thyroid checked.
